We are dedicated to the health needs of women. The center features everything today's woman needs, including: state-of-the-art mammography, osteoporosis screening, prenatal classes, breastfeeding assistance, support groups, genetic counseling and testing, counseling for pregnant diabetics, and an on-going health education series.
The Women's Health Resource Center is an off-site outpatient department of Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa. It is located at 625 Steele Lane in Santa Rosa. The center's services are designed to supplement and support local physician practices by providing select diagnostic services, health education, consultation and wellness and prevention programs that address women's special health needs.
Come visit us and enjoy our warm and welcoming environment. Our store, The Source for Women, has many unique and hard-to-find items for women. It features lactation (breastfeeding) supplies, breast pump rentals, clothing, books and tapes, teas and tinctures, and supplies for premature infants (preemies). The lending library has over 600 books and videos specific to women, families, and health. You can also get help researching the Internet for health information.
